My order arrived damaged.

In the event where a client's order is missing or damaged in transit, the client has 14 calendar days after the purchase date to submit their claim. Any claims submitted after this period shall be deemed waived and of no effect. The following are accepted claim reasons:

  • Delivered but Lost
  • Damaged Order
