Can I return my order?

Perishable goods cannot be returned. As nova health supplements are perishable goods, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.

 

We maintain strict quality standards for our products. In order to comply with our stringent quality protocols, we do not accept the return of any products once they have left our warehouse. As it is beyond our control to monitor the condition of goods after they have been dispatched, this policy is instituted to ensure you receive products that meet the highest quality.

 

If your product is damaged during delivery or if you encounter any issues, please contact us at help@nova.health for a replacement.

 

Any returns made without prior arrangement and agreement by Nova Health team shall incur a $15.00 investigation and product assessment fee to the Client.
