How to manage your subscription purchased on our website?

If your current plan was started on the website, just reach out to Nova Health Support and ask to cancel.

1. A clear request to cancel (e.g., “Cancel my Nova Health subscription”).
2. Use the same email you used to subscribe and log into the Nova Health app (or include that email in the request.)
