How to return or exchange my order?

Perishable goods cannot be returned. Since Nova Health supplements are perishable, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

 

We uphold strict quality standards and cannot accept returns once products leave our warehouse. This ensures every item meets the highest quality.

 

If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please contact help@nova.health for a replacement.
